  Went there tonight for the first time. The girls were lovely. We told them my son had a seafood allergy. His chicken dish came out and after 2 bites he was throwing up in the restroom. They did not take off our bill. Really?

  A customer of mine told me about this restaurant so my wife and I visited it by motorcycle Saturday night. I have lived in the Laconia area all of my life and never knew this restaurant existed and were very excited for a change. We were able to get a 7pm reservation outside on the deck which was beautiful on this gorgeous July evening. The staff was very pleasant and attentive but the kitchen was, as we soon found out.. swamped. We both ordered the twin filets with bacon wrapped scallops but forty minutes after ordering our very young and attentive waitress reluctantly informed us they had run out?
  No biggie we were offered a full sized filet with shrimp wrapped in bacon, sounds good so we went with it. Thirty minutes later our meals arrived and looked excellent and actually were very good except the steak was more to the well side not medium as we had ordered. I wanted to get home before dawn so I left it alone. The presentation was very blah for a supposed higher end restaurant, it was the filet and the shrimp skewer with four large shrimp (I have pic) and that was it. We did get to see the gorgeous sunset and wanted to order dessert but it was taking way too long. Overall we had a very nice evening but the staff seemed a little disorganized and as we left our special was still prominently displayed on the specials board.
  Ohh the bill was $110.00 with no apps or beverages and before tip. Will we return?
  That is a good question.
